All U.S. and Canada print orders are fulfilled by a U.S. fine art print company (therefore no customs duties or taxes will be incurred).
Please allow 7 working days for your artwork to be delivered.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.
Original artwork can be returned (insured) providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.
Prints are not returnable. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you.
Unframed paper prints come wrapped in acid free tissue paper and are safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
Canvas prints and framed paper prints. Corners are protected and the securely boxed package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition.
Cushions come securely wrapped in waterproof packaging.
Original artwork will include a certificate of authenticity. Corners will be protected and artwork will be wrapped in layers of protective packaging before being securely boxed and marked fragile.
